Adventurer’s Guild
The Adventurer’s Guild has been added to the game with a guild hall in each town to visit.
Guild Faction is increased by taking quests from the board in the guild hall and by Transmutation. As faction increases, gain Guild Ranks which unlock more quests on the board and grant Titles.
Guild Ring – This ring has 3 sockets on it which unlock from guild quests from the clerk.
The sockets equip ring inserts and ring settings.
Some places to obtain ring inserts from:
- Completion of guild quests on the quest board. (Currently 80 quests for the guild hall quest board, locked behind guild rank)
- Completing a Slayer rank.
- Magick Find drops
- Molgrun treasure chests
- Tyrant’s Keyways treasure chests and named mobs (more coming on this when it is completed)
Transmutation
Transmutation has been added as a crafting system which rerolls and upgrades the Guild Ring inserts. (More items are in the process of being added to the system as well)
Transmutation Proficiency skill contributes to critical chance in transmute and the skill increases upon crafting.
Mana Lenses and Transmute Proficiency Potions increase crit chance as well.
Crits allow you to Choose the affixes on the ring settings from a pool.
Transmute Protocols (crafting recipes):
- 3 of the same enemy mastery type of setting + reagent will craft a new setting of the same type.
- 5 of the same type + reagent will upgrade the Tier and keep the same type.
- 4 of the same enemy type + gem insert + reagent will roll a guaranteed stat based on the gem insert.
- 3 of different type will roll a random type, including of a type not included in the 3.
Titles
Titles have been added for the main character to display above or below their name tag in game. All main classes start with a free “Novice” title. Titles are earned from completing quests, finding and using items, Slayer ranks, Guild Ranks, and more!
Long term these will be hooked in to Steam achievements as well.
Slayer System
Hunter/Slayer system has been added which counts kills for different enemy types.
Each rank grants a title and a Guild Ring Setting.
Ranks 2+ grant an AA point.
This is a passive system and doesn’t need to be activated.
For example, killing 10 Orcs achieves the 1st rank, grants a title and a Guild Ring Setting that has % damage to Orcs. Killing 10 more grants rank 2, a title, an AA point, and more Guild Ring Settings.
Hexopedia
Hexopedia has been finished, functionality wise.
Knowledge base with a search field and categories.
Currently 34 topics! Lots of systems to talk about 🙂
UI has had a pass done on almost everything in game. New skin on everything, new animated buttons, kinks worked out of most interface interactions, sort added to stash / inventory / shared bank.
Shared Bank had a pass done and has changed slightly. It is now upgraded via Silver coins and boxes/crates by speaking with the Banker NPC.
