Another T10 Zone completed

Another Tier 10 zone is finished, this one is a Troll dungeon map with rooms connected by long hallways, pretty difficult fighting. Any Troll in the zone can drop treasure chest keys that open a corresponding color chest. The chests have a chance to spawn with higher drop chances, and there are 3 of each color in the treasure chamber so you have to gamble on which ones to open. The green chests drop random T10 Fated items.

Updates on the site have been slow because there’s not much to say that hasn’t been said already while T10 / T11 are being created. The End Game zones take a long time to implement because they have more of everything compared to other zones. More named mobs, more items, more legendaries (which means new legendary powers to implement), new boss mechanics to implement.

Still a couple more T10 zones to do and then T11 will start. Currently there are 5 T11 zone designs. Once all of these are finished, more T10 and T11 will be added some time in the future. T11 will be difficult and require alot of gearing.

Alternate Advancement Skill Tree

A skill tree system has been implemented that allows you to delegate a % of your experience in to points that can be spent on the tree. These are mostly bonus stats and not “build defining” type skill trees. It is possible to obtain ALL of the nodes on the tree if you gain enough points to spend. These are things like base stats HP/EP/Crit chance/Regen as well as some effects like “Gain 5% Hit Chance after you Dodge” or “Gain a damage shield when an enemy damages you while below 25% health”.

Two more boards are planned for the system currently, Enemy Mastery and Weapon Technique. These will allow you to gain advantages against certain enemies or gain stats while equipping a specific weapon type (+5% Crit chance while using a Sword).

Counterattack, Critical Damage stats added

A riposte / Counterattack stat and a Critical Damage stat have been added to Gear.

You can now obtain gear to increase the Critical Damage done by a Critical Hit. (Previously it was a flat 150% damage).

Counterattack is a % chance that a character will immediately return an enemy attack with a base counterattack during the enemy turn (Does not take the defenders turn).
