Steam integration has begun in preparation for Closed Alpha testing. This process is beginning with a focus on improving patch times with Steam and will probably take a month or 3 to finish up between all of the other work going on. In the future it would be great to have Steam Achievements in game before launch but it is a lower priority than actual game play.
Internal testing on various levels of hardware have been done in advance of the Closed Alpha. The game was tested on a 3050 4GB, RX 480 8GB, 6700XT 12GB, Macbook 16GB, Mac Studio 32GB, and integrated graphics on a 10th gen i5 with 12GB RAM, which is obviously a weak set up for gaming. The game ran on the integrated graphics fine on 1080p with shadows off and textures at 1/2.
